Create an Animation

Cartoon animation with Chinese text about safe driving on the road and the road rules. English will be provided for each frame for one version, but will need to be replaced with Chinese text for the second version. We can provide the translation. Does not need to be a very "busy" cartoon with lots of detail on the landscape. Focus is on the cars on the road, which car gives way, indicating before turning etc, street signs. Keen to have an animator that creates excitement and uses action and color elements well so animation is fun and interesting to watch e.g. appealing to young audience, even though it is for adults. Would like Chinese cartoon character (female) who is the instructor, age 25-30 (young mother with children) who has a conversation with learner driver. Voice syncing not required. There would be voice overs (reading of text) and sound effects that would need to be added. Likely to be about 45 frames to run approx 6.5 minutes. This will be part of a series so more animation opportunities would follow. First project would be a simple 10 frame introduction that we would send first to ensure we are happy with your style and you are happy with this work project. Then we will get a quote for each 45 frame project. Knowledge about or experience in working with multi-language or instructional cartoons may be helpful but not essential.
