Create Low Poly 3D models from Concept Art

I I am looking for quotes to create low poly 3D models (in OBJ or LXO(Modo) format) from concept art provided. No UVing/texturing required. No extra edges/verts, all polys to be no more than 4 sides, intentional tessellation not accepted.
Sci-fi theme - no chars work; only vehicles, mechs, weapons.
Turnaround to be no more than 1 week. More than one suitable bidder will be engaged for one-off job. Successful bidders who can consistently produce quality work and make amendments based on feedback will be retained on the continuous basis. Country does not matter as long as you can speak passable English or Russian. Don't quote stupid.
Please note that the contract will provide that this shall be "work for hire" and copyright ownership will be transferred to the client.
