Hi Dr Padilla. This is actually a fairly complex project. But it is right up my ally. It seems that you will need several rooms modeled, textured and rendered with realistic lighting. Not only that but all the equipment will have to be modeled as well. And human figures modeled, textured, posed and placed to give it life. I assume there will be mirrors and metallic finishes on the equipment that will slow render time. My bid is higher than others and requires more time because if it is going to be done with a professional level of quality that is what it will take. Now if you are looking for something more basic, plain models and basic lighting with stock human figures in place we can do that for 200$ in a few days.
