Create a simple animation. All graphics provided.

Hello freelancers We are creating a short (approx 3-minute) and simple animation to be part of an education program for high school students. The script has already been written and the 42 frames have already been designed as vector graphics, so the project requires: + Simple animation of frames (frame designs provided) + Simple animation of transitions between frames + A voiceover over to be synced (voiceover provided) + Music to be synced (music provided) + Simple sound effects Please see attached a PDF with the 42 frames that make up the animation. A layered Adobe Illustrator version of these files will be provided for the project. We will need the working file (i.e. After Effects or Flash) at the end of the project so that we can make changes to it in future if the program changes. The style is clean and simple. We have already completed a rough version of a similar video.
