Hello I am Vivian Romani, I have a previous experience in contact center as customer service agent for 1 year and a half the last company that i worked for was AT&T which is a large mobile company across the United States, also operates in Canada and Mexico, as a rep i solved billing issues for customers, first time enrollements or activations, i managed mobile plans and cell phone upgrades, also technical support among other tasks, so given my experience i really interested in your project, i bid $200 as a tentative budget since i don^t know if your budget it is for some time or is it monthly, as we have to enter a time in days for every project the 3 days i placed is just to fill the requirement but i am available to start as soon as you need, off course if my profile serves to your project, i am expecting for your answer.
