I have progressively developed my skills with extensive education, training in business management, and training coordinator/facilitator for organizational and project management training for eight (8) years. I obtained over 33 years of experience with training as a certified project manager for ten (10) years and as a Value for Money (VFM) Auditor for eleven (11) years’ experience. Monitored and evaluated Public-Sector Investment Programs (PSIP) and social programs for the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica for about 4 years as a Project Management Audit Officer. Successfully conducted pilot Value for Money projects of Government special social programs in 2006 and subsequently submitted the final report through the Director of Audit for onward transmission to the House of Parliament. I have a published article on Risk Management for development projects in the public sector. I also wrote many academic research papers for students and I prepare business and project plans with financial analysis. Acquired thorough knowledge and understanding of the essentials needed for business success and the ability to improve efficiency and facilitate growth and profitability. I have an excellent understanding, experience, and profound knowledge of the project management processes that are applicable to international standards, procedures, and practices.
