Do a second draft an investment offer document

We lead syndicated investments into early stage technology businesses ( and we are currently raising a venture capital fund). For each investment round, we draft an offer document which we send to our registered investors offering the investment opportunity to them. This is usually about 9-10 per year but this will likely increase.

We would like someone to take our first draft of each offer document ( usually about 15 pages long including tables) and turn it into an excellent professionally written )and looking) persuasive ( but always scrupulously honest) offer document. The scope of work would be limited to producing the second draft ( minus the cap table and financials). We will then review and finalise.

Our offer documents are confidential so I unable to upload examples to this platform.

The idea would be to try this out with one document first.
