While we are a startup CRM venture we are on track to have more than 20,000 users within the next 12 months. We need live chat support but can take up to 1 hour to resolve an issue. If you build CRMs we can discuss you doing that part as well. All users, for next few years, will be in the United States time zones. Ideally you are part of a team of many who can provide chat support but individuals encouraged to reply as well. And of course it's ideal if you have some degree of experience using a CRM but don't worry, ours is the easiest to use so no problem :)
