Need developer to help me interview my candidates

Hello,
My company has recently raised a 7 figure fund from shark investors and now we are trying to agresively increase our work force. That means will be evaluating thousands of applicants over the following months to come.
We need someone with dev background to help us run these technical interviews. Interviewing experience is not necessary for this role as we need many interviewers as possible for this.
Expect an involvement of 10-15 hours each week and you get to choose your own hours to set up the interviews. The modality will be remote. Individuals from the US will be preferred but we are open to overseas as well.
