Write a windows service and client application

Server side application (Windows service) ========================================= Runs in 2 modes, File source mode and db source mode In DB Source mode it runs a user definable SQL query every minute stored in its database against a client database and extracts data to an Excel compatible file then proceeds as per file source mode. It must be able to store the ID of the last record read and next time only read from that record onwards. In file source mode it checks a directory every minute and on discovery of a file: Encrypts file SFTP transmit to folder on remote server Confirm receipt of file by remote server Move file from original directory to a SQL server express database Must be licenced to work on a specific server (Processor / HDD ID) and licence code is obtainable from us and expires after a year. Raise email and SMS alerts if anything fails. connects to SFTP server to pull down processed files on predetermined schedule from a specified directory On first run, should ask for SQL server connection details and create database if it does not exist. Client application (.exe installs on client PC) =============================================== Connects to the server database and: Shows user a list of files that have been downloaded, sortable by column heading, included d/l date Allows clicking on file and opening of file in default viewer, e.g. Excel. Shows list of of transmitted files with dates and status (success or failed) and any error msg Have screen to configure: Public / private keys for encryption Remote server FTP destination folder and FTP receive folder Local temp directories for files before adding to database Local SQL server connection details Email / SMS addresses for alerts SMS service to use (please suggest a service) Configure SQL statements to execute if running in db source mode Configure ID field of SQL source database (which will be used to determine which record to read from next time).
