Write some Software - SOAP/WSDL Sync-Agent for Epages

INTRO: This is a small once-off project to help our existing in-house developer with (understanding) integration with a SOAP API. Although this particular work is once-off, there may likely be more work in same/similar project(s) in the near future. DELIVERABLES: *ALL source code / project files for the below described application. *Possibly some little explanation on some aspects, but this isn't likely as long as it's well commented REQUIREMENTS: *Well commented code - we plan to expand on it in time *Reasonably clean & optimised code (no spaghetti-code), PREFERENCES: *We use Skype so if the dev actively uses Skype that's a plus. *Application would best suit being written in C# w/ MSSQL (2014) but this can be negotiated with reason if there turns out to be restrictions with that stack. SQL Server hosting can be arranged if necessary. GENERAL INFO: *We are easily contactable and happy to provide as many resources to assist as possible *In-house dev is happy to chat and explain further info on requirement / use-case via Skype or some messenger service PROJECT: As a quick intro to why we need this; we are using Epages as a CMS/CRM solution, which provides a SOAP/WSDL API to the data backing the software. We are constantly building in-house software solutions to aid in our internal procedures, and are limited by our current import/exporting of CSV files in order to update the data. Unfortunately, the Epages SOAP API is poorly documented at best, and our dev has little experience with API usage, and none with WebServices. What we need is essentially an example of how to use the API. The project requirement will be to build somewhat of a sync-agent that pushes data from our (local) database up to the website database and vice versa, essentially keeping the data in sync between local db and site db. The scheduling/triggering of the sync is not critical, and that can be decided how best to be done by yourself (on button click is okay for now). For this project, we will only ask for the "Product" and any affiliated/required objects be synced. As mentioned, the preferred stack is .NET - C# and MSSQL as this is what we intend to use for all internal software. We can provide access to an Azure-hosted SQL server if need be in case you don't have a spare dev-license. If there is restrictions to this stack, we are happy to discuss that and move to another suitable solution within reason. We will provide all of our research into documentation so as to assist yourself in finding necessary material, and are happy to chat about finding anything more in the case that we've missed something.
