Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I would like an application to use to determine the chord sequences in a given song. Enter the chords from the various parts of a song (verse, chorus, birdie, etc). Based on the chords provided the software should determine what key the song is written in. ( C, Am, F#m, etc). Bas3d on the key of the song it should then determine what the chord pattern of the song is. ( key of C: chords in that key ( C, D,m, Em,,,,). 1,2,3 etc. It should then be able to output the result. I can provide all of the chords, sequences, etc...
