And maybe build a macro in Word to place the images or Using programming from Vb.net to write directly a Word Document I need an example of pdf and word to know better your requirement. I have been using various methods to extract images from PDF, mainly for Optical Character Recognition, using both open source and commercial libraries. The Application will retrieve all (multiple) images from a PDF, process the images if needed. I can show you a demo app before you commit if you can provide the word template. bazinga
