Software Architecture - Reverse Engineer -Windows Desktop

I am looking for a Reverse Engineer to help create a new program for estimating construction projects. Will be adding additional functions, but this software is the closes to what I would design.

I think the database could be used to help develop the program..

The software is activated by an activation server, but I want to change it to a serial code type of activation, with a 15 Day Free Trial, I will be making small changes to the interface, it runs on access database.
