In need of a programmer that is knowledgable on MS Access. Required to create a program where pilots can key in their roster pattern, activities done (etc sports) and sleep information in the data entry forms. The data tables would have been populated with data values associated with the various options. The formulas and algorithm would have then calculated a predicted fatigue score for the pilot showing his fatigue level before a flight so he/she can take preventive measures to reduce fatigue. [NOTE: FORMULA NEED NOT WORK - JUST REQUIRED TO SHOW BASIC SKELETON OR MOCK UP OF PROGRAM eg. options are selectable in forms]
