Hi, I reviewed your script and I found quite a few reasons why it's slow and how it can be faster: -variables are not defined (undefined variable take much more memory than declared ones) -sheets are not defined as object but they are always used with their full names -With clauses could be used in a more effective way -selecting cells is usually unnecessary and takes time I'm happy to rewrite your script to make it faster. I suppose Sheet2 with email data upto Row 474 pertains to the actual email data to be filled under column A of 'Output emails' sheet. Let me know and I can start working on the project right away. You cant use the common iteration method, this will take much time of processing. use SQL statement method for faster processing.
