Build me source and exe PYTHON program - very SIMPLE project, 3 steps only

for Python 2.7.15 for Windows there is needed: a) source code so that it can be compiled, step by step instructions needed b) exe working file also needed WHAT IT SHOULD DO? 0) simple UI with three buttons, click box with arrow inside square, picture box, text box and label box 1) when we click on a button1 it should define three variables. var1 should be text type, var2 should be text type, var3 should be integer type on button click it should define variable var1 should be value 123. var2 should be whatever is inside textbox. if it is empty it shoudl be 0. if there is some text it should be 0. whatever text it is inside textbox it should be converted to double var type and var1 plus var2 shoudl be calculated and resoult should be in var3. var3 should be written in label1 which we should see in UI, it should be displayed. 2) when we click on a button2 label should change text to =button pressed= when we click on a button and if in text box there is a text inside PASS then label should change text to =button pressed PASS= 3) when we click on a button3 picture should become visible. on default it is invisible. REQUIREMENTS: r1-it should work in windows with python 2.7.15. do not propose any other program like visual basic or similar, it must be done with python r2-it shoudl work r3-it must be done in time you say, so do not write you can do it in 1 day if you cannot do it. write realistic time limit r4- files must be sent here over chat r5, very important, this is simple program, it shoudl be understandible to professional programmer. if you do not understand requirements, this is not for you. i need assistance for other, far more complex and high budget projects. this is a text project to find professional prorgammer for a long term cooperation.
