Build a Google Adwords automation for me

Need a program writing to plug into Google Adwords.
Requirement is to login, scan specified campaigns on schedule and then pause campaigns if they go over threshold to be advised.
This is reasonably complicated as there will be a number of variables to consider by campaign.
Looking for someone who already has good experience in this area and can show me examples of previous work. Do not contact me without being able to show examples you have produced that integrate with Google Adwords.
