I'm looking for someone to build basic multi-tabbed IDE for JavaScript editing.
IDE should have dockable sidebar, log bar, menu bar with basic functionality like file operations, editing.
Code editor component/tab must have syntax highlighting (if you can handle some intellisense, would be a plus).
Tab operations, like Close All, check if code was modified before closing and offer to save changes.
