Developing an application using the available ocx(ActiveX) component

Hello. Rather, it's pretty easy thing, but perhaps, I would need remote access to computer where this hardware is installed. In order to test all things. Also, I would like to see ActiveX file and documentation , in order to make sure there is not lot of thousands of functions
