Job Details: • Organization of Files and Documentation • Providing Customer Service Support and Coordination on different platforms such as Social Media Pages and via Website • CRM Management specifically through Shopify • Collaborate with the client to ensure that the client is delighted with our services through timely and effective communication, delivery on deadlines, and stellar administrative and Back-End Support • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the client to ensure 100% client satisfaction Qualifications: • Must have 2-3 years working from home • Possess good customer /client service skills on different platforms (e.g., Email and Chat) • A tech-savvy and someone who is comfortable managing different CRMs and Technical Tools applicable for the business (e.g., Google Products and Shopify) • Capacity and commitment to work 20 hours a week or more supporting clients following HST Timezone • Preferably someone that is Very Proactive, Patient, and Always Willing to Learn • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both orally and in writing • Experience in developing strong remote team relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity, and sharing of best practices • Passionate and Displays a Strong Work Ethic • Self Starter and someone who is into learning • EXTREMELY organized, INCREDIBLY calm under pressure, and always Professional

I have more than 5 years of experience working as a VA for many successful international SHOPIFY stores and I can be handy with the following: * Answering emails/chats effectively. * Processing orders. * Processing returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, cancellations etc. * Adding order number to backend if it's not synced correctly or to some other software where necessary. * Choosing best and economical shipping method at the time of processing. * Adding tracking number and details onto orders manually or onto any other e-commerce platform. * Adding processed orders to google sheets or anywhere as told to. * Choosing different suppliers if the existing supplier has discontinued the product.
