Create a Shopify Template based on a figma design

Hi, I need an experienced developer to create a new look for my shopify ecommerce website. I want the theme to be optimized for SEO, have excellent loading speed, etc. I will also need this person to review and optimize the shopify backend (look for unnecessary apps, and other problems that may be causing that the site loads slowly).
