Create 4 high-quality-only backlinks to website

Worker requirements: Only bid if you are based in a Spanish-language country. At least 4 stars At least 2 jobs done and reviewed Disciplined, responsible, communicative (answers within a maximum of 24 hours), creative, good Spanish-language writer, convincing. The project is about creating four (4) backlinks per month to our Spanish-language website. A native Spanish-language-speaker able to properly write in Spanish is required. Backlinks should be from relevant websites that can be: Government agencies (ministries, consulates, agencies, public institutions) OR Data-related websites (example: open data, personal data, data technology, etc) OR Non-Profit Orgaizations OR Business-related Organizations (example: chambers of commerce, business or industry associations, business conferences, etc) OR Education Institutions (universities, technical schools, professional organizations) Websites would preferably be Spanish-language based (but we won't reject quality links from other languages). Links should be permanent and not subject to short term deletion. Read carefully: A MUST-HAVE of these links is that they should pass a quality benchmark. The blank spaces don't have requirements, only the ones showing "min" followed by its corresponding minimum value. Our quantity-requirement for backlinks is of only 4 backlinks per month because these links are more difficult to obtain. We expect to renew this job every month for a year if worker is able to successfully complete each month of work. To facilitate the worker's job we will provide an email from our domain (with an alias name that must be kept through-out the job) so that he/she can contact webmasters and other decision-makers to get the link included on their website. Backlinks only count once per root domain. In other words two links from the same root domain don't count twice but only once. For this work we are willing to pay 100 USD per month for these 4 quality backlinks. More links do not imply a higher pay. In the past we have given many jobs to many workers. We are fair, respectful and good payers. We appreciate when we work with people that are as serious about work as us.
