With more than 6 years of Salesforce usage, I am a seasoned technology professional with 15 years of experience leading and managing IT teams and providing technical support to executives and management, and other end-users within a wide variety of industries including banking, technology, and retail.
During my work in customer service, I have used Salesforce extensively to review and update cases, draft emails and send them through, generate reports, create dashboards, and monitor team performance and SLAs over various dashboards and lot many work.
