Hi,

I need someone to log into my sales force and set it up for me.

Items that I need integrated:

A) Sales Force Marketing Cloud

B) Ring Central

C) Call Rail

D) Tracking of ROI of Facebook, Google ADs, Regular Newspaper ADs, Organic Search

Work flows that need to be achieved:

A) Lead Tracking and Conversion

1. Sales Force captures leas from either web form submission, phone call via call rail, or FB ADs leads via "lead capture"

2. The Lead is automatically sent an appointment request confirmation email

3. My staff will then call the lead once very 2 days for 3 times until the lead is booked.

4. My staff is able to send templated emails and text messages to the customer that can either be sent manually or automated in a drip responsive campaign

5. A graph set up so that I can see a) How many leads came from which Advertisement Source B) How many leads from each source converted and percentage of Conversion C) How many leads each "user" of sales force is converting so I can measure staff efficiency D) Cost of each lead by advertisement source E) Cost of each conversion (aka booked appointment) by advertisement source

B) Sales Item and Tracking

1. Each customer is able to buy multiple items, call it, item A, B, C, and D

2. Each item has steps that needs to be achieved to help customer buy, call it status A, B, C, D

3. My employee is to follow status A, B, C, D until item is sold for each customer

4. I need a list view of all items currently in the "sales" process for each customer

5. I need to be able to sort by "status A, B, C, or D" so that I can have different employees work on different customers in different stasuses

6. I need a graph showing how many sales each of my employees achieve so I can measure employee efficiency

Any takers? :)

Forgot to mention:

1) Call Rail integration so I can track which leads called me (based on their caller ID) so that I can know their source

2) Ring Central integration so that I can fax and also make phone calls that's logged and tracked by Sales force

3) All emails, text, and ring central outbound and inbound calls should be logged and displayed in the "activity" feed / timeline
