With my skill-set, competencies and good customer service skills I am more than able to conduct inbound and outbound calls, create after-call reports and provide assistance to other customer concerns and issues.
Because of my call center work experiences in the Telecom Industry, namely Alltel, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint, I have developed skills in conducting calls, addressing customer concerns especially on directory assistance, billing and troubleshooting issues . This knowledge has enabled me to operate and work on my tasks efficiently with less supervision, being able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
I started my career as a Subject Teacher for three years then moved to financial industries and direct sales. I moved to the BPO industry where I started out as a Customer Service Representative then got promoted as an Operations Supervisor. Here I gained an opportunity to work with the best Managers and Trainers and improve existing documentation systems and implement stringent measures to improve the overall performance of Operators working under our team. I was also given the opportunity to train new applicants and perform quality assurance checks on agents' metrics.
