We have VoIP services with Recording features along with Metrics. We also do outbound and inbound calls. We are also if applicable have the ability to grow sales and we have the ability to hire rapidly. We have decades of experienced call center managers 24 hours a day and will have coverage during the times that we are needed. I have over 10 years of call center management experience in a fortune 500 company. We specialized in cable sales, technical support, escalations, scheduling work orders, and giving great customer service. I was taught and believe in a one call resolution and not passing the buck unless it is the procedure (retention). I also have a strong background in sales and train my people to maximize every opportunity on every call by top-down selling each product that the company has to offer. Since leaving the workforce I have been in business for over 5 years offering my marketing, customer service, and sales skills to our clients with a team that I have built over the years. Since then the times have changed and am looking to use my office space as a dedicated call center with 25 agents.
