Technically Savvy Customer Support Person that is always available for Phone Calls, Demos, and Live Chat with our Trial users and Customers

READ CAREFULLY:
We are looking for a Technically Savvy Customer Support Person with a very strong background in customer service who is always available for phone calls, demos, and live chat with potential customers. MUST be online and accessible 7 days a week (with the exception of sleeping hours). Actual working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm EST. MUST be Super Amazing at both written and spoken English. Since you will be taking a lot of phone calls it's important that people understand you clearly.
The role will be to respond to customer and trial user questions via email in a professional and courteous manner, manage the live chat on our website, schedule and run online demos of our software using Zoom, and answer customer calls in a timely and highly responsive manner to provide the absolute best Customer Service experience.
Salary is $1,000.00 USD per month, but we can be flexible for the right candidate.
