We are searching for a full time customer service representative that can handle the following tasks daily. Manage answering a high volume of calls daily. Multitasking (Chatting via phone while chatting with website visitors). Can be on time for work. Being punctual is very important. Giving product info out via phone and taking orders via phone / live chat. Keeping track of your work and calls daily and sending me a report daily. We are seeking an English speaking agent. Please send a 30 second audio audition tape with your application. Hours to start out are: M-F from 5 PM - 1 AM with a 30 minute unpaid break. Hours may eventually change to 8 PM to 4 AM Eastern Time but it would not be for at least 3 months after being hired. We are seeking someone with at least 2 years of customer service experience.

Hello, I have 7 years of experience as customer support representative. I am a professional CSR worked in call center. Recently I handled support line of Online driving school where I handle 60 to 80 calls in my shift along with chat support. Hello, good day, Am very interested in this job offer and I am more than ready to hop in and go for it! I am very new on this site, though with enough experience. Working in the credit card department for two years. I worked as a customer service in an American company in the Philippines(SITEL GROUP) as well as in sales marketing via phone calls. I also dealt with emails, and voicemails, I received 250-300 calls per 8 hr shift. I worked with credit cards in my department. Problem assessment and guiding clients on how to solve their problems ex. (frauds, late payments, waving late fees, over dues, and going over the limit) I just quit my latest day job as a maintenance in a power plant to follow my passion. Am free for the rest of the day. Hey! We could hire agents with the profile you are looking for. Since we our headquarters are in Mexico two hours away from the US we have agents that have excellent english, more than 3 years call center experience (sales, customer service, tech support, billing, etc) We have been in this business for 10 years now.
