We are looking for a remote Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative (English/French) to assist our Customer Service team in providing the customers with an exceptional customer service experience. Any interested applicant is required to be available to work in our time zone without exception.
As a Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative (English/French), you will be in charge of using all tools at your disposal to ensure our customers receive the best experience possible.
• Answering Customer Service e-mails and phone calls.
• Assisting with the processing of warranties.
• Data entry, record keeping, and maintenance of files.
• Office administration duties/tasks.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
• Must be Fluent in both English and French.
• 3 + years customer service experience, working in a call center or through live chat.
• 1 + years of experience using Zendesk.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Must be Personable, friendly and energetic.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English required.
• Must be willing to work in EST Time zone from minimum 10am to 6:30PM.
• Knowledge of various brands and models of vaporizers is preferred, but not required.
