I need a full digital-twin built in ABB RobotStudio that shows four IRB 1600-class robots processing electronics assemblies in sequence: pick-and-place, assembly, inspection, and packaging. I already have a broad layout sketched; what I am missing is the detailed, collision-free coordination, the signal/I-O logic that drives each hand-off, and a clear view of performance once the cell is running. Scope • Model all four stations with accurate tooling, work objects, and joint limits so the arms can run simultaneously without interference. • Implement synchronized RAPID programs and virtual I/O to keep the flow continuous, allowing me to tweak timing later for cycle-time reduction. • Add an on-screen FlexPendant application that updates in real time. It must show total cycles produced, total cycle time, average cycle time per product, downtime, and overall efficiency, refreshing after every part. • Optimise paths and triggers so I can push the envelope on throughput while still meeting realistic safety zoning. • Deliver the complete RobotStudio pack&go file plus the FlexPendant source so I can load everything on a real controller when we reach commissioning. Acceptance The project is complete when the virtual cell runs ten uninterrupted minutes at the target takt, the pendant dashboard reflects live figures within one cycle, and no collisions or lost signals are logged in the event viewer.
