REST API auth and call updates - PHP

Reinstall API to website (it was removed but I have the original files). Add authentication I deleted 2 tables to do with Food: - Remove API calls to these tables DB Structure: Ailments Nutrients AilmentsNutrients Ensure API calls are working with the following as database columns have been edited: - getAllAilments - I think this already exists. 2 methods need to exist. Method 1: has no extra parameters that returns all data that doesn't have is_deleted. Method 2: timestamp or datetime parameter that filters returned data with updated_at - getAllNutrients - not sure if this API call exists. Also added link column which needs to be returned in API call - getAilmentsNutrients - not sure if this API call exists. Should only return ailments and nutrients that do not have is_deleted Analyse AilmentsNutrients table - should id, created_at, updated_at, deleted columns exist? Analyse Ailments table - should created_at exist? Analyse Nutrients table - should created_at exist? I want to standardise the datetime / timestamp for updated_at / created_at in the database like with timezone added to the string. I would like to discuss this.
