Context and Objectives
I have over 15 years of Sourcing & Merchandising experience working on woven, knit clothing, I
have built up an excellent of vendor networks in China and other Asia regional.
The goal is to help the company:
1. Provide a reasonable of lead times (development to delivery), delivery reliability, minimum
order quantities, size and flexibility of production capacities, product quality.
2. Focus product of overall quality, as well as the selection of vendors meeting those product
and service requirements across brand and business.
To achieve those objectives, the Marketing team will be in charge of:
- Identifying and prioritizing supply and demand improvement opportunities by area of spend.
- Process and organization required to support the overall sourcing strategy, goals and
objectives.
Timeline
Phase 1 (2 weeks): Define design & material/trims setup
This phase includes: investigate materials will be cost-effective and if it’s worth making the piece to begin with. Don’t waste your time and money on a prototyping process.
Phase 2 (2 weeks): Implementation
This phase includes: this stage is forward with a flat sketch the next step is to make a blueprint of your idea. It's important to go to a professional that will make sure your design will be well-constructed before going to sampling.
Phase 3 (4 weeks): Implementation
This phase includes: process physical product development.
