ScetchUp conceptual design of house ( $150 in 24 hours )

Im looking do create Realistic looking conceptual design of the Retreat Center in 3D Must be design in SCETCHUP and i will get the source files You are welcome to use open source models and designs that can be downloaded Here is what i am looking for: 1- Main Building is attached to two wings with bedrooms 2- Main/center part of the building has double ceiling height and only one level 3- Wings have two levels/ Each level has 6 bedrooms 4- Front of the building looking at the lake/pond with forest background 5- Behind the building is Olympic size pool with Jacuzzi 6- On the right side is the meditation gazebo 7- Forest around must have pathways with branches At the end i need rendered pictures from 10 angles and levels and source files that i can edit in the future
