Architectural design/layout and renderings for a new oceanfront home. I have attached some links below of homes that I really like as a reference. The size of the lot is 100 ft x 100 ft, I attach a copy of the topographical plan. Also attached is a layout of the main floor for a house called Nettleton 199 which is one of the homes in the links below which has a back garden area which I would like to incorporate as the prevailing winds on the ocean side of the lot are from the North East which is the direction the lot is facing so when its windy I would like a back garden that would be protected from wind. Please contact me with any questions. Size 4,000 to 4,500 sq ft. 2 or 3 Story house with all common areas on the main floor, bedrooms on the second floor, and a master suite on the third floor.
