3D Walk through rendered videos of 3D Models already created

We are looking for someone to assist us with rendered 3D walk throughs of CAD models we have already designed. They will purely be used for Promotional purposes, on either advertising or Social media.
We use Autodesk inventor and Advance steel for our 3D modelling, but the export will more likely be in a step file format and you will be adding in the textures for which ever program is best suited (i.e. 3ds max, or maya)
Generally the videos will not exceed 30s and file size will be well suited for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
High video quality output is preferred, but can be discussed on case by case basis dependant on time to render, and cost.
It will be a ongoing request from time to time if the work is high quality.
The attached example is just a starting point, the models will be vastly different from small Assemblies (small simple products) to Large Assemblies (i.e. building steel structures) we have completed the designs of.
There will be no modelling required or changes to designs, only video output of the 3D model, but there may be some requests for backgrounds if it is suitable.
