We are looking for recruitment freelancers & consultants, below are the roles to play: - Identify IT consultants in the UK & European market and reach out through LinkedIn. - Screening - Understand their availability and suitability to the role. - Share with technical panel for CV shortlisting. - Coordinate with consultants & [login to view URL] for Initial technical discussion. - Final selection with the client. Ideal Skills-set: - Recruiter should have strong IT sourcing experience. - Access to LinkedIn recruiter is highly preferred but not mandatory. - Good communication skills is a must. - All the communication through general skype call, no phone required. - Commission only based on selected candidates.
