I would like to know: - a bit more about what that public record looks like, how many there are, and the fields you need to be extracted. - whether or not you need that program to run on a particular machine or if it can be run entirely on the cloud or even a a Google Sheet. I think the latter would be the simplest option. - how often you'd like that program to run. - whether it should run periodically, or can be launched at demand by pressing a button. - whether it should save previous results With what I know so far, I've bid at 100 USD in 7 days, but I'd say I could be more or even as low 50 USD and in 2 days depending on your answers. Until I know those things, I cannot be accurate on my bid.
