Hello, I'm an experienced Python developer and I have worked on many GIS projects. Some tools I have experience with: QGIS, PostGIS, Google Earth, libraries (pyproj, shapely, rtree), formats (SHP, KML, GPX, GeoJSON). Regarding georeferencing / geocoding I have used Google Maps APIs, Openstreetmap data, Here (formerly Navteq) APIs and a few local providers. what exactly do you need? I have worked with Google maps place API and Google maps matrix API to determine distance and time between two places.
