django (rest api and websocket)- angular (websocket and ag grid table) - mysql - concurrency python

Looking for a senior angular 2 senior python with django and python concurrencies/scraping with mysql experience . As for I care it can be a single man having all those skills or multiple people (but if you are alone I have deadline constraints) I will send you a fully detailed spec of the project.
