Code Review for 25-30 Bootstrap pages

I need someone to do code review for around 30 Bootstrap pages. You should do code reviews, mark if something does not use best practices, also check PSDs and make sure all pages are done accurately.
Once you report the issues and the developer fixes it, you need to do code retesting and making sure it is all done perfect.
My budget for this task is $20. Please ONLY bid if you are EXPERT and can do EFFECTIVE code reviews.
