Sales agent - commission-based comp -- 2

Hey there, Comanche ([login to view URL]), a company specialised in developing websites and apps, is looking for sales agents that would carry out: 1) Client prospection 2) Transferring technical requirements from client to our team of developers 3) Recommending other sales agents Comp would be purely based on commissions: a) You ensure the product is delivered, you are compensated! b) You recommend another sales agents and we hire them, you are compensated! a) High commission on product delivery: 30% of total sales ticket. Tickets can vary from ~$1k to ~$3k, exceptionally reaching $10k. -> That would imply a $1500 monthly salary for 5 products sold with a sales ticket of $1000 each. Average time from deal closing to product delivery: ~2-3 weeks b) 4% on all revenue brought by the sales agent you recommended. -> That would imply a +$600 monthly salary just for having recommended 3 sales agents each selling ~5 products monthly. We would pay you through milestones in Freelancer, for every product successfully delivered. Requirements: - Written knowledge of English - Basic knowledge of key requirements for web and app design and development - Professional, with proven experience of 1+ years Bidding criteria: - Show your experience, prove it.
