My workplace requires a basic Mitsubishi program GX Works (Using Ladder Logic) needs creating with descriptions for each line of the program. Basic program required using the below requirements . No schematics or machine details needed. It's for a business meeting. Will pay £50 - £100. Program for an Automatic Bottling Line. 500ml bottles 200 litres of liquid in the liquid container which fills the bottles. Requirements: 1.)When an empty bottle covers a photo cell the conveyor must stop 2) The conveyor must not restart until the bottle has been filled 3) It takes 3 seconds to fill an empty bottle. 4) While there is liquid in the large reservoir tank a green lamp is constantly lit. 5) There is an amber warning lamp that operates when the liquid in the large reservoir tank drops down to a low level 6) The green lamp should go out when the amber light is lit. 7) When there is no liquid left in the tank a red light will light/flash and will stay lit until the liquid in the large reservoir is refilled and the alarm(s) is reset. When the red light comes on a buzzer must also sound. 8)Each warning lamp and the warning device must be resettable by the same switch. 9) The amber light will light & flash after 5 bottles have been filled. 10)A counter must be included that counts every time a bottle is filled, this counter should stop the system when the reservoir has filled ten bottles. The program must have a separate list/table showing inputs/outputs for our business.
