Design me a Product

I am working on a car refurbishment project (it's personal and for pleasure purposes); the car originally had a 14-inch set of wheels, and I would like to recreate them in a larger size (most likely 18", but this may change). I intend to have these wheel set produced in a multi-axis CNC center, so the final delivery I expect is the file that must be uploaded in this machine; the project will entail the aesthetic design of the wheel, so it resembles the appearance of the original wheels (shown in the photographs below), as well as the mechanical design that ensures the wheels are safe, durable and compliant with applicable safety guidelines and regulations. My sons and I will drive this car, so our safety is paramount in this project. I also want FEA and metallurgical simulations. I also expect to receive a detailed breakdown of all considerations and calculations used in this project; upon full payment of the agreed-upon fee, I will retain all intellectual rights over this project.
