I am in need of a weekly timesheet with integration to a custom application. I require a professional who has experience in developing timesheets with custom application integration. The ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience:
About project :
I want to create 3 simple forms using Microsoft form, power apps - this entire application must be integrated on microsoft teams.
Form 1 : Admin form - where admin can enter user details like Name, email, resources per hour cost, and his manager, approver details and allocate working hours etc
Form 2: Users can submit the timesheet based on allocation done on form 1
Workflow : Based on timesheet submitted it must go to two level approvers and if timesheet get rejected then it must go back to user to submit timesheet with corrections else it must go approve
Form 3: all the approved timesheet must go to 3rd form invoice with logic (resource total hours*resource per hour cost) and it must have workflow to go to reviewer to review the invoice and submit to client (in invoice form finance team must have an ability to add details manually too)
I also need simple dashboard which shows how many submitted, how many approved, how much invoices generated etc, some 10 reports (I don’t have power BI licences, you have to create simple dashboard without power BI)
Skills:
- Proficiency in Power apps, microsoft forms
- Expertise in custom application
Experience:
- Previous experience in developing similar projects
- Proven track record of delivering quality projects on time
The project requires the following features:
- Basic time tracking
- Approval workflow
