The [login to view URL] channel is a low-cost internet TV channel that covers most of the Swiss National Basketball League matches on 35 locations. So far, we have filmed the scoreboard via a webcam and inserted the score as PIP (Picture in Picture) onto the top right of the screen. We would like now provide viewers with a better readable scoreboard at the bottom of the screen whose data is provided by OCRing (optical character recognition) the scoreboard. We need a Windows frontend for calibration and a backend routine for OCR and providing XML output. All language modules need to be in english.
