I need ONLINE Customer Relationship Management Application, with the following requirements:
1. Data Creation
1.1. Ability to manage: create /Add/Edit/save a prospect (person or a company)
1.2. Ability to assign a status and a priority to a prospect (person or a company)
1.3. Ability to create /Add/Edit /save a task
1.4. Ability to Add /associate a task to a lead/prospect (person or a company)
1.5. Ability to Schedule /Create /Add/Edit/save an event
1.6. Ability to Notify by SMS (text), by email about an event before a given time (days, hours, minutes)
1.7. Ability to add an event to a lead/prospect (person or a company)
1.8. Ability to attach any file to a lead prospect
1.9. Ability Import/Export contacts from most of the used file extensions (excel .access, CSV….)
1.10. Ability to guide user by recognizing certain fields or suggesting fields base on what we have in a table
1.11. Ability to allow user to create/Edit/Save a category (Any Category) of prospect
1.12. Ability to allow user to create/Edit/Save a category (Any Category) of prospect
1.13. Ability to allow user to create/Edit/Save a category (Any Category) of prospect
1.14. Ability to allow user to create/Edit/Save a category (Any Category) of prospect
1.15. Ability to assign/ remove a prospect to an existing category
1.16. Ability to manage users (creates, delete, modify, assign a user to a group/role, remove a user from an existing group/role, assign access rights)
1.17. Ability to assign a prospect(s) to an existing user, user group while creation or after prospect creation
1.18. Ability to assign a task to an existing user/group while creation of the task or after creation of the task
1.19. Ability to search /filter prospect by status, category, date /range create/modify
1.20. Allow search capability ( by name, email, prospect name, phone number or keyword)
1.21. Allow user to create from scratch, copy & reuse an existing/modify own type of process/ pipeline or template (lead, project, campaign any type of business or process …etc.)
1.22. Allow user to create any desired type of fields (textbox, drop box check box ...etc.)
1.23. Allow online user management creation/register/log in with email/user Id and password
1.24. Ability to accept secure payment online
1.25. Ability to manage user billing information (addition, changing …etc.) once logged in
1.26. Ability to manage user preference setting (changing …etc.) once logged in
1.27. Can handle many users
1.28. Allow easy google, and outlook integration
1.29. Ability present an API to integration with any SMS marketing system/application
1.30. Ability present an API to integration with any email marketing system/application
1.31. Can easily be integrated into any web application ( and used on tablet any mobile device)
1.32. Allow chat between prospect and our support agent (salesperson)
1.33. A online client support ticketing ability
1.34. Allow invoice/generation and sending my email
2. Data Reporting
2.1. Ability to report on leads, tasks, even, or any activity of the day (Tasks to be completed, events to participate in or follow on ...etc.)
2.2. Allow user to create report with dashboards (visualization chart, pie, etc.)
2.3. Flexible easy to customizable workplace ( can change what show first, next, last, or what to show in the workplace )
