We are looking for an inventory application. The basic features or process we are looking for is as follows
Multiple warehouse can be added/managed.
Ware house stock list and categories.
Add/update stock items in different categories.
Add items by using excel or cvs files.
Quotations received from vendor for item or multiple items.
Users with group (like admin, General Manager, warehouse manager, operators, vendors etc)
Work flow for add and approve by specific users or group of users.
Search by item, by vendor, category, part No, Date etc.
Search should also show results like if one item prices is submitted by many vendors with filter (price low to high, high to low, vendors alphabetical order etc)
Search item by price comparison
Purchase Order: Issue New PO, PO status, Search PO history, Close PO.
RFQ: RFQ to vendors, RFQ to client.
Vendor Management: Add vendors, Contracts, NDA, Agreements
Item stock availability
Item Issued: Daily/Weekly/Monthly (Requested by, Outstanding, Cancelled, Delivered)
Item Waiting arrive: Daily/Weekly/Monthly (Requested by, Outstanding, Cancelled, Received, Vendor, in shipment etc)
PO report: Weekly/Monthly (Outstanding, Cancelled, Delivered)
