WordPress Portfolio Page Development

Hello, We need to make a portfolio page exactly that is given in the attached image, please download the attached image and check that. The website where you going to develop this, that website is made with wordpress. So we need to create this portfolio page into the wordpress. So as you can understand that we need a custom post type called "Portfolio" Into that portfolio post type we will put our posts of websites (or you may call this the content) with some tag which will help that to search. From the image you can see that there is some shorting console. Like price range, what kind of website - Responsive, WordPress, Magento etc.. then you can see select industry, select sub category, select type of website, star rating etc. Those all some how we need to tag with the post when we put the post under Portfolio custom post type so that it will help that post to shot according to the user search/shorting in that portfolio page. Search need to perform without page loading. (Means you need to do this by AJAX probably) The website where you build this functionality, that website is build with WordPress, theme is Basel theme and it made with WP Visual Composer or WPBakery Page Builder. We have no HTML ready for this portfolio page. You need to manage this page through Visual Composer somehow. Our budget is $85 USD for this. We need perfect, satisfactory work done. So, please make sure you are 100% able to do this in WordPress. If you are not confident enough then please do not apply. We want full, satisfactory work done, you can not do 50% or even 80% and then ask for a part money as you did work. You can not go for an arbitration case into freelancer.
