WordPress plugin revision and improvement

This is an elections program that does basic things okay but I need additional functionality.

Campaigns: Presently it appears there is only a way to conduct one (at a time) simple campaign consisting of candidates. I need it to do multiple elections at one time and separately, such as:

2018 Board of Directors Election with candidates names

AND

Ballot Measure X with Yes, No, Abstain

AND

Ballot Measure Y with Yes, No, Abstain

Candidates Section: Program has what it calls a "civility" which is a just a prefix, either "Mr." or "Mrs." --- remove all use of "civility" in plugin, so there is no Mr. John Doe, only John Doe.

For some reason they have the "Last name" and "First name" fields reversed. Should be first name, last name.

For Ballot Measures there should be "Ballot Measure Title" and "Ballot Measure Description"

Voters Section:

Same "civilty" issue

Same "last name - first name" situation

CSV file import function should be modified for no "civility" and proper name order.

Must be able to limit votes to the number of vacant seats; so if there are two positions, you can only vote two times.

Results section

Same "civility" and name order problem

Candidates column is aligned center, should be aligned left

Important: need a shortcode to display the election results on a separate public page, not inside the admin area

What voters see : This is what happens when you put the current shortcode [elections_shortcode] into a page: [login to view URL] and it looks terrible.

I need to be able to to center the heading, increase it's size, add descriptive content for each of the candidates and each of the ballot measures.

The voting process takes you through 3 steps with one shortcode but I need control over what is displayed to the viewer on EACH step.

Please do not begin if you cannot begin immediately and finish with 24 hours. I will give you access to a test site and the plugin separately. When it is operating properly I will integrate it into the production site.
